See How MONSTERS Got Made With New Featurettes

Monsters will be hitting the U.S. theaters on October 29th and in the UK on November 12th this year. The film was made for a meager $15,000 dollar budget although Magnet pictures did put some additional funding in for effects. Two new making-of featurettes have been released showing how some of the guerrilla filmmaking took place.

Monsters can be seen now through Video On Demand. The theatrical releases will be limited to start with.

Synopisis:

Alien life forms have spread throughout the southern U.S-Mexico border region leading to the quarantine of half of Mexico. The U.S. and Mexican militaries are battling to contain the creatures, with a wall stretching along the American border. The story follows Andrew, an American photojournalist helping his wealthy employer's daughter, Samantha, get back to America. Their journey takes them across Central America and eventually into the 'infected zone'.

So, it would seem as though someone finally figured out a way to put up a wall between Mexico and North America, huh?
