Theatrical Poster & Trailer Released for THE GIRL WHO KICKED THE HORNET'S NEST

The final chapter of Steig Larsson's Millennium trilogy, The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets' Nest, is ready to be released in Swedish theaters; check out the latest trailer and a new poster for the highly anticipated crime thriller.

The Millennium Trilogy is a series of three bestselling books written by late novelist Stieg Larsson. The series consists of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest; first published in 2005, 2006 and 2007, respectively. Yellow Bird, a Swedish film company, has produced film versions of the Millennium Trilogy which garnered worldwide, critical praise. The first two in the series have already been released theatrically in the US, with the third scheduled for November 2010.

The story centers around two characters, Lisbeth Salander (an intelligent, eccentric woman in her twenties with a photographic memory whose social skills are rather poor) and Mikael Blomkvist (an investigative journalist for Millennium magazine and a celebrity in his own right).
