Behind the Scenes of SCRE4M Video and Updates

Filming has finished on the next movie from the Scream series. This will be the first of a reported second trilogy. The following video showcases real life couple Courtney Cox and David Arquette along with two new co-stars.
In the fourth installment Courteny Cox's character, Gale Weather, has found herself in a rut after writing six Stab books and another killing spree is a needed jolt:
"She has writer’s block, and she’s pretty bored, pretty miserable, pretty desperate, and all of a sudden some murders start happening and her life starts to look up. She likes a good murder.”
The video also shows new cast members Hayden Panatierre (Heroes) and Emma Roberts (Valentine’s Day) who was only five years old when the first movie came out. Scream 4 will also have Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Adam Brody and Marley Shelton as new players. Along with Cox and Arquette, Neve Campbell will be the only returning cast members. The film is expected to be released April 15, 2011.
Earlier this year Dimension Films released that Anna Paquin (True Blood) and Kristen Bell (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) will provide the recurring pre-credit kill scene this time around.
In an April interview with Entertainment Weekly, Wes Craven stated that within the ten years that have passed between Scream 3 and Scream 4 there have been no "real life" Ghostface murders but have been numerous sequels to the movie-within-a-movie Stab. He also commented on the life status of Sidney Prescott, "She's done her best to move on from the events that occurred in the previous films, even releasing a successful book". Craven said that endless sequels, the modern spew of remakes, film studios, and directors are the butts of parodies in the film. The main characters have to figure out where the horror genre is in current days to figure out the modern events happening to and around them.
