Gwyneth Paltrow Headed to GLEE

The increasingly popular Glee is adding someone new to its growing list of famous guest stars. It looks as if Gwyneth Paltrow is currently in discussions to appear to the show.

The Oscar-winning actress will play a substitute teacher in two episodes set to air in November. Not only is she going to sing and dance, but it looks as if Paltrow’s character might be part of a love triangle of sorts when Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) falls for her, complicating the relationship between him and Ms. Pillsbury (Jayma Mays).

Glee creator Ryan Murphy apparently wrote the role specifically for Gwyneth. He previously directed her in 2006’s Running With Scissors. According to sources, “If it all comes together, Ryan will be directing her first episode, which begins shooting in two weeks.”
Audiences can tune in to the Glee's season premiere September 21st on Fox.
