I'll admit, for all of the raunch and violence, MacFarlane manages to put a really heartwarming spin on the whole scene. People familiar with MacFarlane will notice his normal stable of actors, Mila Kunis (Meg Griffin), Patrick Warburton (Joe Swanson), Patrick Stewart (Avery Bullock) and Alex Borstein (Lois Griffin). It also includes probably the best cameo ever to be included in a film.

If you're a Family Guy fan (like me) then this movie is right up your alley. Outlandishly raunchy and chock full of geeky innuendo, Ted delivers the plentiful laughs it promises without overstaying it's welcome.
