Logan quits and becomes a logger, falling in love with a local teacher. When Logan refuses to rejoin Stryker's crew, the colonel sends the murderous Victor. Logan now wants revenge.

X-Men: Days of Future Past

'Days of Future Past' is a Marvel Comics storyline published in 1981 that deals with a dystopian, alternative future in which mutants are hunted down by government controlled robots (Sentinels) and incarcerated in internment camps. An older Kitty Pryde transfers her mind into the younger, present-day Kitty Pryde, who brings the X-Men to prevent a fatal moment in history which triggers anti-mutant hysteria.
