Some movies can pull over the top and let you “check your brain at the door” without blinking an eye and you walk away with a full stomach from cinematic junk food. Others make you wince, force you to check your watch and make you leave the theater feeling empty. Drive Angry 3D falls in the former category here rather easily. It certainly doesn’t pretend to be anything its not supposed to be and takes us on a huge rush of a ride filled with fast cars, guns and plenty of explosions.
