Hereafter is not the "must watch" sci-fi film of the year. It appears the film slipped under the radar for most movie goers; this may have been due to low scale marketing or simply being overshadowed by other films that had more viral hype. Though I personally didn't watch it in theaters, I'm very glad I had the opportunity to see in on Blu-ray; the film's visuals alone are well worth the purchase price.
Beyond the excess of violence and sexuality for which both series are known, the Bomb Queen vs. Hack/Slash Special is very much a by the numbers crossover trans-dimensional portals and all. While it may not blow any minds, it does its dual job well of introducing the characters to newbies and creating fantasy fodder for old fans.
